STROSACKER ROOM


Main floor of the Brennan library - named the Strosacker Room in dedication to the grant the library received from the Strosacker Foundation
  • Resources are available to the Cooley community, and others who require legal research materials
  • Treatises, digests, and resource materials, along with a complete set of regional and federal reporters - federal cases in all 50 states - including Michigan law materials - are available in the Strosacker Room
  • Research and Writing class tapes, which provide in-depth instructions on how to use the research materials in the library, are located on the first floor
  • Students are required to learn through training sessions how to do searches on both Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw

HOW MUCH TIME?
Many students ask, "How much time will I spend at the library?" This really depends on how you like to study. In the beginning, it's up to you as to how much time you spend in the library.
