Financial Aid - Helpful Information
Applying for Financial Aid is a fast process. Currently we recommend you complete the current FAFSA(s). For incoming students, you will receive information closer to the time of your attendance approximately 3 months prior to your start date. Once you file your FAFSA(s) as long as you list Thomas M. Cooley’s school code, G12627, we automatically receive them electronically.
When you complete your online Stafford Loan Entrance counseling and your Stafford Master Promissory Note, Financial Aid automatically receives electronic notification. Once you receive your temporary Portal login information you gain access to your Financial Aid information online.
Please carefully review the Cost of Attendance/Budget. Keep in mind that all aid cannot exceed the budget. Please review your personal budget and expenses against what the school allows to ensure that you can live within your means.
For specific information regarding Financial Aid, please review the Student Policy Manual.
