Dan Wagnitz has accepted an offer as an associate attorney with Howard & Howard Attorneys PLLC. He joined Howard & Howard in November 2007 as an intern in its intellectual property internship program. Dan committed to spending three years in the internship program, which required him to slow down his progress through law school.
Although he began at Cooley as a full-time day student, Dan was able to alter his schedule and began taking classes in the evenings and on weekends. He spent five years at Cooley, but that decision paid off. "Cooley's flexible scheduling options allowed me to work full time, training in the practice of patent law, while attending classes in the evenings and on weekends."
Dan now concentrates his practice in intellectual property law with a focus on patent preparation/prosecution and opinion work, primarily in mechanical technologies. He is working out of Howard & Howard's Royal Oak office. |
